Brad is a client executive technician in our Canton office. In his role, he helps facilitate the policy renewal and delivery process – including renewal negotiations, coverage summaries, pre-renewal meetings, risk control tours, and document delivery. He also assists with client and prospect analysis, program design, and claims advocacy.
Brad began his career at Schauer Group as a business insurance intern before being hired full-time as the certificate tracking client technician, where he was responsible for onboarding new clients to Schauer Group’s certificate tracking portal and managing documents. He was promoted to his current role in 2023.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Kent State University and has obtained his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Brad is a participant in the Leadership Stark County Spotlight for Young Professionals program and is active with the United Way of Greater Stark County Young Leaders Society. Brad lives in Cuyahoga Falls and enjoys participating in Akron-area running events.
