Erin is a senior client manager and team lead for our business insurance department. In her role, she works alongside clients, Schauer Group advisors and insurance company partners throughout the policy renewal process; reviews and analyzes policy coverages; and handles claims reporting. Erin also assists with talent acquisition and development for the company, as she interviews candidates, helps with onboarding and training, and supports the growth of the business insurance team.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Cardiff University and has obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and OSHA 10 certification. From her previous career in other business-to-business roles, Erin brings years of experience in project management, client relationship development and departmental management.
Erin serves on the executive board of directors for JRC and is a graduate of the 36th class of the Leadership Stark County Signature Program. She lives in Canton with her husband, Justin.
