Connor Daugherty joins the firm as a business insurance client advisor in the Cleveland office. In his role, he is responsible for new business development, client analysis, and risk management program design.
Daugherty previously worked as a commercial insurance advisor with Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. and as an associate underwriter at Burns & Wilcox, where he assisted with high-net-worth clients. He began his career in sports ticketing, including handling membership services for the Cleveland Browns.
Daugherty earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from The Ohio State University and holds a Chartered Private Risk and Insurance Advisor designation.
Alfred Perry III is a new client executive in the firm’s Canton office. In his role, he conducts client analysis, helps find the appropriate insurance company partners for clients, prepares coverage summaries, provides claims support and helps build risk programs.
Perry previously worked as a risk and insurance analyst at Parker Hannifin, where he performed due diligence, analyzed losses, and prepared insurance budgets and underwriter submissions. His career also includes experience in account management with insurance brokerage firms.
Perry holds a Bachelor of Science in insurance studies from Kent State University and is studying for his Associate in Risk Management designation.
Austin Thompson has been hired as an employee benefits client advisor, working in the Cleveland office. His role includes new business development, client education, client analysis, and benefit program design.
Thompson brings previous experience from his time as a client executive with OneDigital. Prior to working in the insurance industry, Thompson was vice president at Jeff The Plumber. He graduated from West Virginia University’s John Chambers College of Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
