The new location, at Bounce Innovation Hub, plays a key role in the firm’s overall growth strategy, which is designed to help the company better serve clients, support the Northeast Ohio region, and attract and retain local talent.

In addition to its Akron location, the company also has offices in Canton, Cleveland and Alliance. Expanding into Akron not only makes sense from a geographic perspective but also will help Schauer Group’s team strengthen relationships and build expertise in the Akron market – ultimately, allowing the firm’s advisors to better meet the needs of area organizations.

Neal already works closely with Schauer Group’s Akron-area clients and has strong ties to the greater Akron community, including serving on the boards of United Way of Summit & Medina; Big Brothers Big Sisters of Summit, Medina, and Stark Counties; and Direction Home Akron Canton. The team he leads in Akron is engaged with the Greater Akron Chamber, the Akron Urban League, and the Akron Community Foundation.
In addition to strengthening its presence in the Akron community, Schauer Group’s new office also is expected to help the firm continue to attract and retain top talent in the region.
