Alison is AVP, communications and talent development. In this role, she helps build the Schauer Group brand throughout the region and focuses on both marketing initiatives and talent acquisition efforts.
She is a graduate of Marietta College, where she studied journalism, organizational communication and leadership. Alison also holds a Master of Arts in journalism from the Missouri School of Journalism at the University of Missouri. She began her career as a reporter at The Canton Repository before working in development at Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio.
Alison is a graduate of the 32nd class of Leadership Stark County, an active volunteer with community theaters throughout Northeast Ohio, and a member of the Board of Trustees for Carnation City Players in Alliance. She and her husband, Ryan, live in Jackson Township with their dog, Kozmo.
